AMCapitalAG - A Swiss Financial Company

AMCapitalAG was founded in 2008. The company had been registered as a stock company at the Commercial Register of the Canton Zürich, Switzerland.

Since 2011 AMCapitalAG actively offers services as a Financial Company:

• Management of the assets and liabilities of a Swiss holding company;
  

• Remarketing and sale of 2 new Airbus A321 aircraft to a Middle East based airline company;
  

• Sale of 2 used Airbus A320 aircraft in leasing with an Italian airline company to an Irish aircraft lessor;
  

• Remarketing and sale of 2 private owned business jets on behalf of the client
  

• Financial restructuring and sale of a Swiss financial company;
  

• Elaboration of the refurbishment and reconstruction project of a hotel in Lucerne, Switzerland, including
  

       - the architectural project,
       - the contractual structure with a general and subcontractors
       - the budgeting
       - coordination with the authorities of Lucerne;

• remarketing and sale of a real estate object nearby Paris, France
  

• Setup of the organizational structure of Merger & Acquisition project with a Russian client
  

• Advisory services to a leading Russian bank/leasing company in respect of the establishment and the management of an investment fund for the acquisition of western-built transportation equipment and machinery for leasing into Russia and CIS.
  

AMCapitalAG in January 2013 became a member of the VQF Financial Services Standards Association (“VQF”) and has been audited and granted the status of a Financial Company in August 2013.

The VQF is the most significant SRO in the financial sector of Switzerland and is officially recognized in accordance with the Federal Act of 10 October 1997 combating of money laundering and the prevention of the financing of terrorism.
